Full Weekly Meal Plan - $225 per person / per week
6 Individually Portioned Standard Entree Meals. Approximately 650 calories each. These dishes would include a protein, starch, and vegetable side.
6 Protein Packed Salads with Seasonal Vegetables and Choice of Protein. Approximately 650 calories each.
Snack Choice of Protein Bites, Overnight Oats, or Chia Pudding. Approximately 200-250 calories per serving.
Free Weekly Delivery to 80/20 Fitness - Mondays at 5:30pm
Dinners + Snacks - $150 per person / per week
6 Individually Portioned Meals approximately 650 calories each.
