Full Weekly Meal Plan - $225 per person / per week

  • 6 Individually Portioned Standard Entree Meals. Approximately 650 calories each. These dishes would include a protein, starch, and vegetable side.

  • 6 Protein Packed Salads with Seasonal Vegetables and Choice of Protein. Approximately 650 calories each.

  • Snack Choice of Protein Bites, Overnight Oats, or Chia Pudding. Approximately 200-250 calories per serving.

  • Free Weekly Delivery to 80/20 Fitness - Mondays at 5:30pm

Dinners + Snacks - $150 per person / per week

  • 6 Individually Portioned Meals approximately 650 calories each.

  • Snack Choice of Protein Bites, Overnight Oats, or Chia Pudding. Approximately 200-250 calories per serving.

  • Free Weekly Delivery to 80/20 Fitness - Mondays at 5:30pm

Optional Upgrades:

  • Upgrade 3 of the Salads in Full Weekly Plan to Standard Entrees: $25

  • Upgrade all 6 Salads in Full Weekly Plan to Standard Entrees: $50

  • Upgrade Snack to Chicken Salad or Tuna Salad: $10

  • Additional Standard Entree Meals: $25 each

  • Additional Salads: $15 each

  • Home Delivery: $10 within Nashville city limits / $15 outside of Nashville
