About

As a New Orleans native and the granddaughter of strawberry farmers, Chef Amanda Lee was raised in food culture. When she grew up, she only had one passion, so she trained at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Boston. 

Amanda continued her career by working as head chef for Kombu Kitchen, award-winning vegan cuisine. When she moved to Nashville, she started baking and decorating specialty cakes for Nashville's famous clientele with the Frosted Affair, a bakery shop. 

Amanda has extensive catering experience. Her favorite pastime is creating a beautiful atmosphere to serve exquisite, approachable foods. 

She is happy to handle the entire event—from flower arrangements and table settings, to cocktail development, cooking, plating and servings.

"Amanda is absolutely incredible. Literally the girl can do it all! Cook, decorate, emboss, paint, design, she is the whole package in one. Every single meal I have had prepared by Amanda I can still tell you about in detail. Her flavors are over the top, and her presentation is second to none. Amanda takes care of every detail from start to finish, making sure your event is perfect. For my bachelorette in Nashville we hired her to prepare appetizers for the weekend, as well as cater a meal for 10 Saturday night. She was the best part of the weekend. Prior to our arrival she checked into our rental house and surprised us with classy, beautiful decorations. As each girl arrived we were greeted by hand painted, custom glasses as well as trays of delicious food. The meal she catered for us the following night was 4 courses of pure bliss. She was so incredible in fact, we hired her to cater the bridesmaid bunch and make our wedding cake a few months later!!!
